Services and the individual order

Sole proprietor Dmitry Sergeevich Cheremisin (the contractor) offers digital product development. These terms apply together with an individual order: a specification, statement of work or another document agreed in writing and identified in the invoice.

Before payment, the parties agree the deliverables, scope, price, payment schedule, start and completion dates, materials to be delivered and rights to use the result. Email or an agreed messenger may record the order. If a separate contract is signed, that contract determines the terms of the order.

Forming the contract

This offer and the agreed order together form the contract terms. Paying the invoice, or its first instalment, in the agreed amount and within the deadline stated on the invoice constitutes acceptance if the invoice refers to this offer and identifies the order. The customer receives the agreed order and the applicable offer version before payment.

Visiting the website, selecting a contact button or discussing a project does not itself form a contract or create a payment obligation.

Price and payment

The final price, stages and payment method are recorded in the order and invoice before work begins. Website service descriptions help customers choose a service; the agreed order defines the actual scope.

Additional work, paid services, domains and hosting are included only to the extent agreed. The parties specify what is included, the period covered by third-party fees and responsibility for renewals. Changes to scope and price are agreed before the additional work is performed. Payment and completion documents are provided as required by law and the order.

Work and delivery

The contractor performs the agreed work; the customer supplies necessary materials, access and feedback. If missing materials or scope changes affect the dates, the parties agree an updated schedule.

The order sets the delivery method, review stages and period for feedback. Defects within the agreed scope and new requests are considered separately. The order does not restrict statutory remedies for defects.

Materials and rights

The customer supplies materials they are entitled to use. Before payment, the order specifies the source files to be delivered and the extent and timing of rights granted in the result.

Third-party fonts, libraries, images and services remain subject to their licences. Paid licences require agreement with the customer before purchase.

Cancellation and enquiries

Requests about changes, cancellation, settlements or refunds may be sent by email or to the correspondence address under Contractor details. Applicable law and the agreed order govern settlements.

Where the customer is a consumer, rights under the Russian Law on Consumer Protection remain in force. A consumer may cancel work or services at any time, subject to paying the contractor’s actual expenses incurred in performing the contract.

Version and personal data

The contract uses the offer version supplied when the order was agreed and identified in the invoice. Updating the website does not itself change an existing contract.

The privacy policy explains personal data processing. Accepting this offer does not authorise marketing messages.
